No amendments to your journey will be processed until the deposit has been received. Up to 60 days prior to departure, one permitted amendment per booking is permitted free of charge. Amasia Travel reserves the right to charge for subsequent permitted amendments, as follows:
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE CHARGE
60 days or more: US$50 per booking
59-30 days: US$100 per person, per journey

Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and addressed to our office and will be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per journey. All the cancellations are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF US$300, this fee reflects only Amasia Travel’s costs of administering a reservation. Cancellation charges will be assessed as follows.
