Laos Visa

Before departure, it is imperative to contact your travel agency or embassies and consulates to ensure that the visa process has not changed.

EU citizens, Canadians or Swiss wishing to visit Laos must be in possession of a valid passport (6 months) for a visa on arrival. It’s valid 30 days on arrival at all international airports of the country and at most of border posts. The cost of the visa depends on your passport: Canadians will be required to pay US$42 while most other citizens between US$30 and US$40.
