Tam Mak Houng
This delicious green Papaya salad is made from shredded papaya. It contains five main ingredients, which are mixed with hot chili, sour lime, salt, fish sauce and sugar.


Larb
This particular dish of Luang Prabang can be prepared with chicken, beef, duck, fish, pork or mushrooms. The meat is flavored with lime juice, fish sauce, and fresh herbs. It's usually served with raw vegetables and sticky rice.
